What sets Absolut apart
Inspiration through collaboration The first collaboration was in 1985 with Andy Warhol. The success of the ‘Absolut Warhol’ commission kick-started something of a relay race, with the Absolut baton being passed between some 550 artists since. There are over 850 pieces of Absolut art on display at the “Spritmuseum” in Stockholm.

And since all vodka from Absolut is produced in Southern Sweden, this superb vodka tasted exactly the same then as it does now. Nothing has changed.
One Source "One source" is Absolut's production philosophy, meaning that every aspect of our production journey takes place in and around the small village of Åhus, Sweden. Every drop of water and every seed of wheat comes from one water source, one village and one community.
Winter Wheat Only hardy winter wheat from the area surrounding Åhus in Southern Sweden is used. The fertile fields in southern Sweden are ideal for growing wheat, with yields around twice as high as the global average for wheat production.
Pristine Water Tapped water locally from their own wells that are more than 140 meters deep is used. After all, 60% of vodka is pure water, so it’s quite a big deal.
One Community Vodka has been produced in Åhus for more than 100 years and we believe that creating vodka of impeccable quality requires shared values. It requires trust in traditions and knowledge that have been passed down through generations of farmers and distillers.
No Waste From raw spirit distillation, Absolut gets a by-product called stillage or drank in Swedish. It’s rich in protein, so thousands of pigs and cows are fed in near surroundings. Every day.
Clear, but green The bottles are clear, but also green. Absolut is big a fan of sustainability and constantly strive for improvement. Today, every Absolut Vodka bottle is made with more than 40% recycled glass.

Ingredients
- 45ml Absolut Vanilia
- 25ml Passionfruit Puree
- 15ml Vanilia Syrup
- 25ml Champagne/Sparkling Wine
- 1 Ring of fresh pineapple juice
- ½ Passion fruit
Mix
- Chill a martini glass
- Fill your shaker with ice
- Muddle the pineapple in the shaker
- Add all ingredients (except champagne)
- Shake and double strain
- Garnish with half passionfruit
- Serve with champagne/ sparkling wine as chaser
