Cult IPA uses a blend of New World hops in both the whirlpool and during active fermentation to produce the flavour and aromas of sweet citrus and stone fruit. Experimenting with a drier house yeast strain, this beer finishes more sessionable on the palate than some of our ‘juicer’ hazy IPAs.

Where it started
In the beautiful Blue Mountains of Katoomba stands a building that was built in 1912 and called "The Echo". It started as the local paper for many years, then allegedly became a dancing saloon and "home for lost or belated drunks. Then finally… a Civic Video Store.
It was then in 2017 DJ and Harriet McCready embarked on turning the old building into the Blue Mountains' first brew pub.
After 18 months of renovation, the doors were opened with a goal of welcoming people from near and far to have beer.
But this isn't your everyday easy-drinking beer or refreshment.
Mountain Beer Co holds a high standard that pushes them to the limits and figuring out how they can brew better beer with each batch they bring out.
