Tasting Notes
A lively and refreshing Tasmanian sparkling wine with a pale straw colour and fine persistent bead. The nose shows bright aromas of ripe apple and citrus. On the palate, crunchy apple and citrus flavours are balanced by subtle yeasty complexity and a crisp dry finish. Light-bodied and dry, the wine finishes fresh, vibrant and refreshing. Best served chilled and enjoyed while young and fresh.
