BLANCO
Created in the famed hills of Los Altos, Our unaged Tequila Blanco is created using 100% Blue Weber agave and double distilled using column and pot stills to deliver a perfectly smooth and balanced taste. Prepare your senses for the aroma of sweet agave, tropical fruit, lemon zest and a hint of pepper. Taste is a soft mouth feel, light-to-medium bodied palate with notes of vanilla bean and grilled pineapple that make for a stylish and clean finish. Mix your Espolon Tequila Blanco with fresh grapefruit soda and fresh lime juice for a bright and citrus Espolon Paloma.
Espòlon Paloma
Ingredients:
60 ml Espolòn® Blanco
15 ml Fresh lime juice
120 ml Pink grapefruit soda
Method:
1. Blend in a tall glass with plenty of ice.
2. Adding grapefruit soda last and stirring to incorporate the ingredients.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
SERVING:
Tall collins / highball glass, lime wedge, grapefruit peel (optional), salt rim (optional)
REPOSADO
Created using 100% Blue Weber Agave, our Tequila Reposado is ages for at least 2 months in American oak barrels. If you like spicy caramel fudge aroma wiith a rich and golden hue this one's for you. Discover its bold, medium-to-full bodied palate with rich notes of roasted agave, sweet tropical fruit, vanilla and warming spices that end with a smooth and spicy finish. Mix your Espolon Tequila Reposado with Ancho Reyes Original, fresh lime juice and agave syrup in a Grand Margarita.
Espòlon Grand Margarita
Ingredients:
40ml Espolòn Reposado
20ml Grand Marnier
20ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Agave nectar
Lime wheel garnish and salt
Method:
1. Fill a wide shallow dish with 2-3mm of fine salt
2. Cut a lime in half and rub around the rim of the glass
3. Holding glass upside down, dip wet delicately into the salt
4. Shake ingredients with plenty of ice, and double strain into a coupette
5. Garnish with lime peel/wedge
Serving:
Premium coupette (or rocks as an alternative “on the rocks”) glass, sea salt crusted rim (half-rim is a good option) and lime peel or wedge.
