Product Details
Brewed in Yujo (Friendship) with West Coast Brewing from Shizuoka, Japan. When we were over in Nelson, New Zealand for hop selection, the crew from WCB and ourselves met up, we visited some of the best hop farms in the world together and decided to get some pellets fresh off the line sent directly over to brew with. To showcase these amazing hops, we cut a portion of the grain with rice, put NZ Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka through our Clean Fusion Dry Hopping regime, and finally fermented out with a clean and crisp lager strain.
