Talk about aging gracefully! Last year’s Anniversary Ale V has been aging in red wine oak barrels for the last 12 months and has now picked up plenty of red wine tannin and cherry, plus oaky notes of vanilla and coconut. This rich chocolatey imperial stout has mellowed wonderfully, with subdued roast characteristics.
