Forget the Easter Bunny! Get on some Easter Cocktails to enjoy this Easter break. Whether it's with friends and family, or just a fun little Reward for Yourself, these cocktails are sure to hit you in all the right places!

Read on to check out our three favourite cocktails where you can enjoy your Easter eggs in a different way, and have a refreshing cocktail at the end if you need to cleanse your palate of all that chocolate!

BOOZY CHOCKTAIL
Serves 2

  • 1/3 cup white chocolate optional, for a chocolate rim on the glasses
  • 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 Cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 shot of Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 mini solid chocolate Easter eggs

1. If you want that white chocolate rim around the top of your serving glasses, melt the white chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds and poor onto a plate.
2. Dip you glasses into the melted chocolate and place into the fridge for a minute or two to set.
3. Place the Nutella, Baileys, vodka and milk into a blender.
4. Blend on low speed until combined. 
5. Place an Easter egg into the bottom of 2 serving glasses.
6. Pour over the chocolate cocktail and serve.
 

CREME EGG COCKTAIL
Serves 2

  • 75g white chocolate, melted, cooled, plus extra unmelted chocolate to serve
  • 2 drops yellow food colouring
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) vanilla infused vodka (or regular vodka)
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) condensed milk
  • 1 cup (250ml) cold milk
  • 2 tbs white crème de cacao liqueur
  • 1/2 cup ice, plus extra for glass
  • 2 small Cadbury Crème eggs, split

  1.  Melting white chocolate again for the rim of your glasses like the previous recipe and popping them in the fridge to cool and set.
  2. Combine your food colouring, 1½ tbs (30ml) vodka and 2 tbs condensed milk in a jug, then pour into the base of each chilled martini glass. Add ice to come three-quarters up the sides of each glass.
  3. Place milk, 1/2 cup ice, remaining 2 tbs condensed milk, vodka and crème de cacao in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then carefully strain over the ice in each glass
  4. Grate over extra chocolate and top with a Crème egg for the perfect garnish
     

PEACH PROSECCO PUNCH
Serves 2

  • 3 cups prosecco, chilled
  • 2 cups peach nectar, chilled
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  1. In a large pitcher, whisk together prosecco and peach nectar.
  2. Serve over raspberries, blueberries and ice, if desired.
