This bottle is crisp on the palate, wit bright acid and flavours of fresh apple and pear. You can enjoy as a great aperitif, but will pair well with seafood dishes, including sushi or prawn dim sum.

South Australia

A generous and flavoursome Australia Chardonnay with blackberry, ground spice and mocha caramel on the nose. The palate features fleshy nectarine and a cheeky toasted marshmallow on the finish. Classically pale in colour with hints of green and best enjoyed with baked chicken breast in a creamy garlic sauce or spaghetti alfredo.

This vino is best enjoyed with fritto misto, sushi or risotto primavera.

Pinot Noir

South Australia

A classic Pinot Noir that pairs approachability and drinkability with varietal purity. A light ruby hue in colour and perfumed strawberry notes with a subtle black cherry lift on the nose. The palate on this is soft and light with red cherries and raspberries which are complimented by soft tannins. Pair this one with mild curry, vegetable pasta or hard cheeses.

Shiraz

South Australia

The Shiraz showcases a deep crimson hue with purple highlights with notes of blackberry, ground spice and a subtle mocha caramel on the nose. There's a intense concentration of ripe plums on the palate with blueberries and dark charry flavours to back it up and oak derived vanilla notes to finish it off. Enjoy this vino with roast pancetta wrapped pork fillet and vegetables or a simple pizza.
