A: Please register for an online account. Once you've logged into the website, you can see your member card point balance providing the email address matches.
Q: Why is the item price different among stores ?
A: Prices are varied in states and region. Prices may be different in each store as all our stores are independently owned.
Q: How can I used the point earned
A: Rewards points can be redeemed at check out both online and instore. Points can be redeemed only at the store which earned the points.
Q: Why can't I check out ?
A: Not all Liquor Legends stores are participating in Click and Collect or Delivery services. Please use the Store Finder to find the nearest Online Ordering stores in your area.
Q: What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Member Point Redemption and Liquor Legends e-Gift Cards. Our website uses 3D secure for authenticating credit card payment. This protects the customer and the store from fraudulent payment.
Q: Why I'm not receiving one time code from the credit card?
A: Our website uses 3D secure for authenticating credit card payment which protects the customer and the store from fraudulent payment. In some condition a one time code will be sent to you from the credit card issuer for payment authentication. If you are having problem on receiving the one time code, please contact the credit card issuer (the Bank) and they can look at the issue.
Q: Why are the e-Gift Cards not working ?
A:The Liquor Legends e-Gift Cards can be redeemed in any Online Order stores. Please enter the full e-Gift Card code including the dash under e-Gift Card section in payment page. The e-Gift Card code does not work in Coupon section.
Q: Can I change the nominated store of my order after purchasing ?
A: All our stores are independently owned. Unfortunately orders cannot be transferred between stores. Please contact the store for cancel the order if you wish.

A: Please note that some orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been accepted. Please contact the store servicing the order for cancellation. You can find the store contact details by clicking the store name.
Q: When will I receive the refund of a cancelled order ?
A: Please contact the store servicing the order for cancel and refund. Depends on the bank, it will take 3-10 business days to update on your bank account. Refund will appear in the form of
1. Credit on the bank, or
2. Reversal. You'll just see the original transaction drop off after a few days.
