The Semillon provides lemon, lime and cut grass aromas while the Sauvignon Blanc adds undertones of passionfruit, gooseberry, guava and herbaceous. This continues onto the palate filling your mouth with zesty fresh fruit flavours and finishing with a crisp acidity.
