Located in the renowned Hunter Valley in the heart of Polkobin, Tempus Two produces cutting-edge wines focussing on bold flavours - endeavouring to show the world how stylish Australian wine can be.

Head winemaker Andrew Duff grew up surrounded by lovers of Hunter Valley wines, learning as he got older the varietals and eventually falling in love with the entire process. From his first work experience journey at Reynold Yarraman Winery, Wybong Estate at age 15, to the completion of his studies of wine science at the Eastern Institute of Technology in Hawke's Bay, Andrew developed his knowledge by also working through varying vintages across both Australia and New Zealand. This journey inevitably led him to Tempus Two where he relished the opportunity to embrace the brand's flair for going beyond traditional winemaking practices. To wrap up their opportunistic approach, Andrew states; 'the idea of resting on recipes handed down from generation to generation would be monotonous and unfair on the grapes'.
