The inspiration for the Vat Series came from the early days when our dad, Deen De Bortoli, would personally chalk numbers on vats to mark them out. This Sauvignon Blanc exhibits intense gooseberry aromas with lifted tropical fruit flavours. Serve well chilled with seafood, smoked chicken, salads or Asian food.
Tasting Notes
Clear appearance with fresh Kiwi fruit opens up to green melon and grapefruit characters which lead onto crisp & refreshing palate with passion fruit flavours.
