Villages Chardonnay 2016 Vineyard: Chosen from premium mature vineyards grown in the 'villages' of Dixons Creek, Tarrawarra and Woori Yallock. Each plot is hand picked, fermented and matured in barrel and kept as individual vineyard batches until final blending. Tasting notes: Fine, subtle, nutty, minerally, floral notes, creamy, textural balanced acidity. Winemaker: De Bortoli Winemaking Team.
