Tasting Notes
This Pearl is clear pale straw in colour and hits the nose with aromatics of white flowers, lychee and freshly cut pear with some sweet musk flowers. The palate is bright and crisp acid but has a generous mouthfeel to balance. The texture is pithy with flavours of nashi pear, lychee and rosewater.
