With meticulous handling in the vineyard and winery, the pristine fruit will have less exposure to anything harmful that may normally require the addition of preservatives. Our wines are crafted to be brightly coloured, exotically fragrant, full-flavoured and critically, they sing without the addition of preservatives. Tasting Notes
Nicely varietal Sauvignon Blanc with citrus and passionfruit aromas and hints of fresh green herbs. The palate is fresh and vital with vibrant fresh fruit aflavours as well as cleanmadn refreshing acidity. It finishes long and clean and would pair well ith salt & pepper tofu.
