A cool-climate white wine that is Yarra Valley gold, packed with stone fruit, citrus and creamy texture. Wild fermented with subtle oak influence, this fresh modern Chardonnay ditches the old-school stereotypes in favour of something bright, lively and delicious. Best served chilled.
Tasting Notes
A fresh and vibrant Chardonnay with a pale gold colour. The nose shows aromas of fresh pear, lemon, poached apple, subtle florals and marzipan. On the palate, ripe stone fruit flavours are balanced by citrus brightness and a gently pithy texture, delivering a crisp, dry and refreshing finish. Best served chilled, enjoyed now and over the next 5 years.
