Kirrihill Regional Selection Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage 2015 Clare Valley. The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from premium selected parcels from the classic sub regions of the Clare Valley. Opening with aromas of youthful blackberries and mulberries, this Cabernet also shows hints of black brooding cassis and a touch of cigar box on the nose. The palate is instantly rich and fruit forward with flavours of dark chocolate and crushed violets with hints of maraschino cherries. Fine and elegant tannins line a palate full of bright fresh fruits and blend well with the subtle acidity, framing the palate in perfect symmetry. This is a wine that is drinking beautifully now though it will continue that is drinking beautifully now although it will continue to reward if cellared for up to 5 years in ideal conditions.
