Tasting Notes
On the nose, in classic Blanc de Blanc, this wine displays Granny Smith apple and lime notes with hints of almond, orange and peach. The sophisticated palate shows a beautifully defined sparkling wine with intense, lingering flavours of lemon and lime. The finish is rich and complex with a bright, clean natural acidity.
