The Cape Schanck Rosé is a truly seductive wine - the result of a near-perfect vintage. It is a beautiful, blushing creation from Heathcote, Victoria, with all components contributing to the beguiling red fruit aromas, savoury tannins and firm yet elegant structure of this wine.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant and fresh, the palate shows watermelon and cranberry fruits with crunchy acidity and a dry, savoury finish. A refreshing style, reminiscent of a French Provencal style of rosé.
