Sourced from the Tscharke family’s organic vineyard on Barossa’s western ridge, this Grenache is grown by sixth-generation custodians of the land.
Grapes were picked early for freshness, spent eight hours on skins, then gently pressed and cool fermented to preserve vibrancy and texture.
Tasting Notes
The wine shows a delicate rose gold hue with a soft blush of pink.
The nose is lifted and inviting, with aromas of honeydew melon, peach, strawberry and rose petal, layered with a subtle note of toasted pine nut.
The palate is crisp and zippy, delivering flavours of rhubarb, summer peach, and a whisper of vanilla crème brûlée.
