Pretty pale pink in colour. Aromas of strawberries and raspberries. M ixed berries and floral flavour on the palate with a crisp finish. The per fect Summer drink for warm sunny afternoons.
Tasting Notes
Produced specifically as a rosé wine by pressing the red grapes as if to make a white wine, minimising the phenolics and retaining the bright clean fruit flavours. I t has been deliberately made at the drier end of the rosé spectrum.
