Anthony Wilson, the son of the man behind the original Irish cream, continues the tradition of innovation. Testing over 200 chocolates and 800 formulations, Anthony had created the first fusion of Belgian chocolate with alcohol. The hard work was worth it, as Baileys Chocolat Luxe won a Gold medal in 2014 at the San Francisco Spirits Competition.
