This easy-drinking scotch is inspired by Distillery workers who would help themselves to a dram using a 'Cooper Dog', a pipe hidden inside the leg of their trousers. This unique blend of eight single malt whiskies, slowly married together in oak casks, bring ripe fruit aromas and a delicate spicy finish.
Tasting Notes
Eight single malt whiskies are blended together including Roseisle, Inchgower & Knocknado. The blend is finely married in Speyside for a further 3 months in re-fill casks with resulting notes of Toffee Apple, Berries, Citrus, Apple & Pears and Spice.
