Folktale Kaffir Lime Gin uses the finest traditional gin ingredients including English juniper, English angelica root, coriander seed, lavender flower, cassia bark, cardamom and fresh citrus to set the stage. But our story really gets going when our own Australian native characters join in, with lemon myrtle, anise myrtle, pepperberry and for this tipple Kaffir Lime Leaves, combining with local Cooroy Mountain spring water, to produce our truly unique Folktale Kaffir Lime Gin.
