Product Details
Lovely youthful vibrant raspberry and spicy notes lead on to a bright crunchy medium bodied structure with lovely silky tannins and length. Winemaking Notes: 20% Whole bunches are included with the balance de-stemmed for fermentation over the bunches. The alcoholic fermentation was carried in open fermenters. Following fermentation the fruit is lightly pressed directly to old french puncheons. The wine was matured for 7 months in French oak, racked form barrel and gently filtered to bottle.
