Hardy's Tintara Geology Cabernet Sauvignon

The McLaren Vale region is famous for being one of the most geologically diverse wine regions in the world. It is from these ancient soils that Hardys Tintara source the grapes that are then used to produce our unique wines. Displaying complexity, concentration and character, the new Tintara Geology range draws on these soils to craft a wine befitting such a unique region. 

This Cabernet Sauvignon displays classic varietal notes of blackcurrant, chocolate, mint and dry herbs. Sweet vanillin oak complements the fruit flavours while the tannins and length and structure to the palate. Enjoy now or store carefully for up to 5 years from vintage.
