Soft, fleshy-textured Shiraz displaying blueberries and spice, supple tannins and stylish French oak influence.
Tasting Notes
A warm growing season delivered above average crops of very good quality. Hand-picked and sorted across 12 separate batches from a number of blocks, fermented in a combination of open and closed vessels with three batches undergoing 20% whole bunch fermentation. Matured for 12 months in 20% new French oak barriques. Will age well to at least 2026.
