Originally a Hotelier, Bill Taylor embarked on a journey to source great wines for his guests. This eventually led to the Taylor Family establishing the renowned Clare Vally winery in 1969, with a vision to craft wines that rival the world s best.
Tasting Notes
The palate is supple with perfectly ripened boysenberry and dark plum fruit characters. Mocha and subtle spice characters compliment the vibrant and juicy fruit flavours across the palate. Overall, the wine is well balanced, medium to full-bodied and with supple tannins.
