The Original and first Shiraz gin in the world Bloody Shiraz is made using cool climate Victorian Shiraz graps. Unlike Sloe Gin where the ABV is generally below 30%, Bloody Shiraz is bottled at full strength. It packs a punch and is ideal in a range of cocktails. The gin is unfiltered so best to consume within 2 years.
Tasting Notes
Straight away you get pine forest notes, white pepper and spices. The gin is beautifully balanced with a delicious sweetness and nice tannins to finish. Drink it young and fresh with red berry and spice characters, or drink it as it develops.
