RUM Co. of Fiji’s RATU 5 Year Old Spiced Premium Rum is genuinely aged in charred oak barrels, filtered through coconut shell carbon and flavoured with vanilla, cinnamon, star anise and orange.
Tasting Notes
The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugar cane growing in rich volcanic soil at the base of The Sleeping Giant Mountain. The hand-cut sugar cane is distilled into rum and filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji.
