How does Mud House Pinot Grigio end up on the shelves of Liquor Legends?
The grapes are harvested, and then pressed and settled into a tank. Once the warm fermentation starts, a handful of selected yeast strains are added. Complexity and texture are created when a part of the wine is fermented in old French oak barriques.
When the fermentation of the wine is completed, it is left to relax on light yeast lees to enhance structure and mouth feel.
