Pale straw in colour with green hues. Initial wild, flinty aromas combine with grapefruit jasmine and rose petal with a subtle sweet note of lemon drops. The palate is vibrant, bursting with zesty flavours of grapefruit and lemon drops. Wild fermentation and battonage add texture and complexity to the wine. An easy drinking and enjoyable wine with a lingering finish.
