Our triple-matured Islay Scotch combines the unforgettable medicinal flavor of Laphroaig whisky with softer notes of fruit and spice. Laphroaig Triple Wood is aged in three different types of cask, including American oak ex-Bourbon barrels. We then pick and choose the most suitable spirits from these barrels, ranging in age.
Tasting Notes
AROMA Sweet with gentle mixture of raisins and creamy apricots, with a trace of dry peat smoke at the back. TASTING NOTES Peaty, vanilla, complex flavours of citrus fruit, spices. SERVING SUGGESTION Sip with a touch of water to bring peat smoke comes to the fore and masks the gentler fruitier notes.
