Ruby Abyss is a deeply complex Single Malt aged in 100% first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks, courtesy of our time-honoured partnership with Seppeltsfield Wines, featuring a century-old Australian Port reserve. Finished in masterfully seasoned casks, the nose offers dark fruits and caramelised brown sugar, leading to silky mocha and finishing with brandy snap sweetness fused with delicate Tasmanian peat smoke. Tasting Notes
Aroma: Dark cherries, plum, raisins and rich toffee, complemented by vanilla, oak and baking spice. Palate: Full-bodied and silky with flavours of ripe dark berries, chocolate, caramel, dried fruits and warming cinnamon spice, layered with toasted oak. Finish: Long, smooth and warming with lingering dried fruit, sweet spice and oak.
