Crafted with 100% Australian-grown barley from the Riverina and matured for five years in ex-Chardonnay barrels from the Adelaide Hills, this expression is bright, elegant and beautifully balanced.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Warming malt with rich wood smoke, vanilla and subtle caramel. Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, with malt sweetness complemented by smoky red gum, caramel and gentle spice. Finish: Long and warming, with lingering smoke, oak and subtle sweetness.
