Original’s Classic Dry and Bushcrafted dry gins are distilled in small quantities in a handmade 130L ‘Carl’ copper pot still – one of the last of its kind. They are then rested in stainless steel for a number of months – resulting in a smoother and more well-rounded taste and mouthfeel. Original’s dry gins are new-world in style and pair perfectly with dry tonic or cocktails with citrus characters. Bushcrafted Dry Gin: The appearance shows a transparent and light golden colour. The nose shows typical gin characters of citrus and pine with earthy elements. The taste shows earth and resin with distinct tannin coming through from the lemon-scented tea tree leaf. These flavours transition into secondary citrus and sweet fruit flavour.
