Original’s Classic Dry and Bushcrafted dry gins are distilled in small quantities in a handmade 130L ‘Carl’ copper pot still – one of the last of its kind. They are then rested in stainless steel for a number of months – resulting in a smoother and more well-rounded taste and mouthfeel. Original’s dry gins are new-world in style and pair perfectly with dry tonic or cocktails with citrus characters. Classic Dry Gin: The appearance is clear. The aroma is vibrant and floral. The taste is smooth and mellow with the flavours of juniper, coriander seed, citrus and fresh fruit coming to the foreground. The taste also has a rounded quality and a touch of sweetness from fruit. Toward the end of the taste experience there is also subtle and pleasant spice from the Tasmanian native pepper-berry.
