Foraged from the wild, Original’s Wild Sloe gin is a true labour of love. Each fruit is painstakingly pricked multiple times by hand to release its full potential. Allowed to steep over many months in our premium Classic Dry gin. The character of this humble fruit emerges. Subtly bitter, delectably sweet. This one is a keeper. Connoisseurs will sip on this one neat or mixed in their favourite sloe-based cocktail. Proudly batch distilled and non-chill filtered. Wild Sloe Gin: The appearance is transparent with luminous red-purple hues. After a swirl in a glass, the nose shows balanced fruit and marzipan characters with a background of botanicals and faint citrus. On the palate the experience is lush and vibrant with the taste of sweet berry fruit. Sinister and deep spiced flavours similar to vermouth follow and the finish is fine, dry and lingering.
