Phantom Spirits collaborated with Omnipollo to produce this quirky, flavourful Blueberry Cheesecake aged rum. Aged in beer barrels for 6 years, this unique spirit offers crisp aromas of baked tropical fruits, fermented cherries and brandy on the nose. Finishing, incredible notes of marzipan, leather and fig, leaves you only wanting more.
